About the Authors

Stephen (Steve) R. GravesStephen (Steve) R. Graves,
co-founded the Cornerstone Group, a consulting firm specializing in change management and strategy to both non-profit and for-profit organizations around the world, in 1991. Steve is considered a hardcore businessman and a rock solid theologian. He has spent twenty plus years crisscrossing the country speaking to and coaching business leaders. Graves has an earned doctorate from Dallas Theological Seminary, and it is without excuse or apology that his favorite stress reliever is river and creek fishing. Steve lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with his wife, Karen, and their three children.

Thomas (Tom) G. Addington Thomas (Tom) G. Addington,
the other co-founder of the Cornerstone Group, formerly was a professor at the University of Alabama-Huntsville and the University of Arkansas. Addington is an expert in organizational analysis, strategic planning, and persuasive communication strategies. He holds a doctorate in communication from Pennsylvania State University. The oldest of ten children, Tom grew up in a medical missionary family, spending most of his formative years living in Hong Kong. Tom now lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with his wife, Susan, and their three children, all of whom love to travel.
